1. How do I book a SYS-Tour with you?

To book a SYS-Tour, simply click on "Book Online" and choose your preferred Tour. Alternatively, you can contact us or buy a ticket directly at our stand in the port of Nice. 

2. What are the available drink packages?

Coastal Cooler

- always included in any charter*:

6 x sparkling water, 6 x still water, 2 x Mistsprays

3. Do you offer scuba gear?

We offer snorkels and diving masks for all of our charters. In addition to that you have the option to use inflatables. 

4. What do I need to bring for a Charter or SYS-Tour?

Even though you will find drinks and snacks on all of our Charters, we recommend bringing snack own supply as well if needed. Don't forget your sunscreen, hats and other sun protection you need. On board you will find fresh towels, you can bring your own towels too if preferred.

For administrative purposes, we kindly ask you to bring your ID.

5. Do all your boats come with a suncover?

Our Sunseeker Hawk 27 has a suncover, that can also be removed if required or upon preference for sunbathing. 

​

The Iron 707 does not come with a suncover, as this boat is mostly used for half-day Charters and transfers, therefore we recommend brining hats and sunscreen.

6. Can I cancel my Charter booking or postpone it?

When you book a Charter, a 30% non refundable Deposit is required. This is due to administrative reasons. The rest of the payment is due the day of the charter, upon arrival with the captain.

If you wish to change the date of your Charter, please get in contact as soon as possible with us (min. 48 hours before your Charter). We will then see if that is possible, depending on our availability. If the weather and waves should not allow to do the Charter we will reschedule with you.

7. Is it possible to rent a boat without skipper?

No, unfortunately we do not allow renting our boats without a skipper. Even with a license. All of our Charters are with a professional skipper, who knows the boat well. 

8. I booked a SYS-Tour, but can't attend finally. Can I cancel or postpone it?

Cancellation of our SYS-Tours is possible up to 48 hours in advance.

Tickets bought directly at the stand can not be refunded!

 

If you wish to take your tour on another day, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate you on another day. 

9. How do I book a Charter, Special Event or water transfer?

To book a Charter, ask about a special event or a water transfer, please enquire through one of our forms or send us a message via E-Mail or Instagram.
